The Fisher (part of the Weasel family) has been all but extinct in the Cascade Mountains of Washington State.

To re-populate the Fisher species, officials from Washington reached out to Alberta Trappers for help.

This documentary film shows how a number of  Alberta Trappers have utilized their skills to help with this significant conservation effort.

It also shows the coordination and participation by organizations like the Calgary Zoo.
